獎項及評分Awards and Scoring

比賽設有冠軍、亞軍、季軍、第四名、第五名及第六名，數量會根據參賽者實際人數按比例劃分。 (冠軍、亞軍、季軍額外設有刻名服務)
Awards include Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up, 4th Place, 5th Place, and 6th Place. The number of awards will be proportionally allocated based on the actual number of participants. (Name engraving service is available for Champions, 1st Runners-up, and 2nd Runners-up.)

冠軍、亞軍及季軍的得奬者將獲發奬盃及奬狀(必須獲得85分或以上)。
Champions, 1st Runners-up, and 2nd Runners-up will receive a trophy and certificate (must score 85 or above).
第四名、第五名及第六名將獲發奬牌及奬狀。
The 4th, 5th, and 6th Place winners will receive a medal and certificate.
沒有任何奬項者會獲發參與證書。
Participants without awards will receive a Certificate of Participation.

所有奬狀/參與證書於每場比賽結束後即時派發。
All certificates and participation awards will be distributed immediately after each competition.
評判乃根據樂曲難度及參賽者的技巧、節奏及速度、感情表達、風格及演繹等表現作出評分。評判對一切評分事宜有最終決定權，參賽者不得有異議。
Judges will evaluate based on the difficulty of the piece, technical skills, rhythm and tempo, emotional expression, style, and interpretation. Judges have the final authority on all scoring decisions, and participants may not dispute the results.

導師奬項(不論鋼琴/弦樂/管樂/豎琴/聲樂/結他導師或學校音樂老師)：
Teacher Awards: (piano, strings, wind instruments, harp, vocal, guitar instructors, or school music teachers)

I. 音樂推廣奬：推薦5位或以上學生參加任何比賽組别。
Music Promotion Award: For recommending 5 or more students to participate in any competition category.
II. 傑出音樂推廣奬：推薦10位或以上學生參加任何比賽組别。
Outstanding Music Promotion Award: For recommending 10 or more students to participate in any competition category.
III. 優秀導師奬：推薦10位或以上學生參加任何比賽組别，並最少一名學生獲三甲以內。
Excellent Teacher Award: For recommending 10 or more students, with at least one student placing within the top three.

團體奬項 Group Awards:：
比賽除設有個人奬項，大會亦設有以下奬項頒發予表現優秀之團體：
In addition to individual awards, the following group awards will be presented to outstanding organizations:

I. 傑出音樂推廣奬 (團體)：推薦20位或以上學生參加任何比賽組別。
Outstanding Music Promotion Award (Group): For recommending 20 or more students to participate in any competition category.

II. 卓越音樂教育奬：推薦15位或以上學生參加任何比賽組別，並最少兩名學生於本屆演藝精英盃音樂大賽獲得名次。(樂器範疇及組別不限)
Excellence in Music Education Award: For recommending 15 or more students, with at least two winning placements in this competition (instrument types and categories are not limited).

III. 榮譽音樂教育奬：頒發予參與人數最多之教育團體。
Honorary Music Education Award: Presented to the education organization with the highest number of participants.

頒奬典禮及優勝者音樂會 Award Ceremony and Winners’ Concert:

頒奬典禮及優勝者音樂會將於9月28日於香港故宮文化博物館舉行，得獎導師及機構將獲頒發奬座及證書，而各組別冠軍將有機會於優勝者音樂會演奏比賽得奬曲目，詳請將稍後公佈。
The Award Ceremony and Winners’ Concert will be held on September 28 at the Hong Kong Palace Museum. During the event, winning teachers and organizations will be presented with trophies and certificates. Additionally, champions from each category may have the opportunity to perform their winning pieces. Further details will be announced at a later date.

比賽須知及守則 Competition Rules and Guidelines

參賽者務必遵守比賽規則，違反者將被取消參賽資格
Participants must comply with the competition rules. Violators will be disqualified.
參賽者必須於比賽前15分鐘到達場地報到，並出示有相證明文件登記(例如學生證、手冊或有相的身份證等)。參賽者需當場核對完整的個人資料無誤。遲到者有機會被取消參賽資格。
Participants must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the competition starts, present valid identification (e.g., student ID, handbook, or photo ID), and verify their personal details on-site. Late arrivals may be disqualified.
如評判認為在能給予參賽者評分或評級的情況下，可刪短指定樂曲及要求演奏者停止演奏。如演奏超過時限，評判亦有權要求演奏者終止演奏，但不會影響演奏者的成績。
Judges may shorten the designated piece or stop the performance if they deem it sufficient for scoring. If the performance exceeds the time limit, judges may also terminate it without affecting the participant’s score.
如參賽者需要視譜，必須帶正版樂譜。
Participants requiring sheet music must bring original copies.
比賽一旦開始，評判或賽務助理有權拒絕任何人士（包括參賽者）進入比賽場地，參賽者可能因而錯過重要宣佈及出場次序。
Once the competition begins, judges or event staff have the right to deny entry to anyone (including participants). Participants may miss important announcements or their turn as a result.
於評判宣佈結果前，任何人士（包括參賽者、家長及老師）均不得與評判接觸，違者會被請離場。如該人士為參賽者，其參賽資格會立即被取消。如有詢問，可向在場之場務人員查詢。
Before the announcement of results, no one (including participants, parents, and teachers) may contact the judges. Violators will be asked to leave, and if the violator is a participant, they will be disqualified. Questions can be directed to on-site staff.
每位參賽者只可由一名成人陪同。比賽場地之座位將優先留予該場比賽之參賽者。如個別場地座位不足，陪同參賽者之老師或家長有機會不獲安排進場
Each participant may be accompanied by only one adult. Seating priority will be given to participants in the ongoing competition. If seating is insufficient, accompanying teachers or parents may not be admitted.
若比賽分時段進行，參賽者及其陪同老師或家長只能於所屬時段進場，並須於該時段完結時離場。
For competitions held in multiple sessions, participants and their accompanying adults may only enter during their designated session and must leave at the end of that session.
6歲以下的非參賽者不得進入比賽場地。
Non-participants under six years old are not allowed in the competition venue.
所有比賽場地及附近範圍均嚴禁練習。
Practice is strictly prohibited in all competition venues and nearby areas.
任何人士（包括參賽者）不得自行移動比賽場地內任何設施。
No one (including participants) may move any equipment or facilities in the competition venue.
任何人士（包括參賽者）如在比賽場地造成滋擾以致影響比賽進行，可被請離場。如該人士為參賽者，其參賽資格可被取消。
Anyone (including participants) causing disturbances that affect the competition may be asked to leave. If the offender is a participant, they may be disqualified.
出席比賽之人士應看管其個人財物，任何損失本會概不負責。
Attendees are responsible for their belongings. The organizer is not liable for any loss.
本會有權安排任何比賽於比賽期間的任何一日、任何時段及任何場地舉行。本會保留在需要時調動、修改或取消任何有關比賽安排之權利。任何一組若參賽人數不足，本會保留將幾組比賽合併之權利；若未能合併，該等項目有可能被取消。
The organizer reserves the right to schedule competitions on any day, time, or venue during the competition period. The organizer may rearrange, modify, or cancel events as necessary. If a category has insufficient participants, it may be merged with another or canceled.
比賽委員會有權隨時更改比賽時間，亦有權中止參賽者的表演，參賽者不得有異議。
The Competition Committee has the right to change the competition schedule at any time and to stop a participant’s performance. Participants may not object to such decisions.
本會保留安排任何比賽項目於任何場地，日期及時間進行之權利。
The organizer reserves the right to hold any competition event at any venue, date, or time.
比賽時間為全場大約的開始時間，比賽必須按次序進行，並不接受提早或延遲演奏的申請。比賽時間可能因爲不同的原因而延遲舉行，參賽者須耐心等待。
The competition start time is approximate, and performances must follow the designated order. Requests for early or delayed performances will not be accommodated. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and participants must wait patiently.
本會將會該組比賽完畢之後即場宣佈得獎者，並頒發獎盃/獎牌、分紙及證書。所有奬狀/參與證書於每場比賽結束後即時派發。如當場沒有領獎，後補領取證書將收取額外行政費$200元，本會不設領獎處，只會以郵寄方式安排。
參賽者需於比賽之後最遲一個月内以電郵提出申請方接受處理。
Winners will be announced immediately after each group finishes, with trophies/medals, score sheets, and certificates awarded on-site. Participation certificates will also be distributed after each competition. If awards are not collected on-site, a processing fee of $200 will be charged for subsequent certificate requests, which will only be sent by mail. Applications for awards must be made via email within one month of the competition.
本會有權更改比賽規則，參賽者必須遵守。
The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition rules, which participants must follow.
如有任何情況不能以本比賽章程任何條文解釋，或一切行政及比賽事宜，將以本會執行委員會對比賽章程之詮釋作出最終決定。
In cases where the competition rules are unclear or do not address specific issues, the Executive Committee’s interpretation and decisions will be final.
